Who can enrol me in the VICTORY® Program?Once your physician has prescribed you one of the drugs listed in the VICTORY® Program, you can self-enrol by either calling 1‑888‑706‑4717 or faxing an enrolment form to 1‑833‑884‑5608. Healthcare professionals can also enrol you by fax or online registration.

What is the VICTORY® Program?The VICTORY® Program is a patient assistance program designed to help patients navigate the reimbursement process and to offer additional support services to patients prescribed oncology and/or hematology-related drugs from Amgen Canada.

My insurance plan only pays a portion of my prescription cost. Does the VICTORY® Program help me with the other portion?Depending on your prescription, the VICTORY® Program will assess your situation and may provide financial assistance.

How can the VICTORY® Program help me if I don’t have private insurance; will the VICTORY® Program provide the medication at no cost?Many medications are covered under provincial drug programs; your healthcare team can help determine this for you or you can call the VICTORY® Program for assistance. If your prescribed medication is not covered, in some instances, your healthcare team can submit a special request to the province or territory to ask for coverage.

Does the VICTORY® Program help cover the costs associated with all of my treatment-related medications?No. The VICTORY® Program will only provide you with support for your Amgen Canada oncology and/or hematology medications (Aranesp® [darbepoetin alfa injection], BLINCYTO® [blinatumomab for injection], IMDELLTRATM [tarlatamab for injection], KANJINTI® [trastuzumab for injection], KYPROLIS® [carfilzomib for injection], LUMAKRAS® [sotorasib tablets], MVASI® [bevacizumab for injection], Neulasta® [pegfilgrastim injection], NEUPOGEN® [filgrastim injection], Nplate® [romiplostim for injection], Vectibix® [panitumumab for injection], and XGEVA® [denosumab for injection]).

Can the VICTORY® Program provide me with medication samples?No. The VICTORY® Program is not a medication sampling program and does not provide samples.
