Reimbursement services that are available to all patients enrolled in the VICTORY® Program include:
- Assistance navigating all possible coverage options through public and/or private payers.
- Management of any appeals required following denied coverage requests.
- Assessment for co-pay support where permitted.
The VICTORY® Reimbursement Specialists are available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST.

- Reimbursement for travel and/or lodging expenses:
- Lodging Allowance: Patient and caregiver need to stay within 1 hour of travel time from the treatment centre for 48 hours, during the first 2 doses of treatment (cycle 1), or as needed for adverse event monitoring.
- Travel reimbursement for taxis, share rides, and parking.
- Maximum support of $1,000 per year; receipts required for reimbursement requests.
- Purchase of blood pressure monitor, oximeter, or thermometer:
- Reimbursement with proof of purchase is required; maximum of $80 total per patient.
- One-time reimbursement.

KANJINTI®
- Private infusion support offered for private insurance and cash-paying patients only
- Hassle-free drug delivery directly to the infusion clinic to maximize convenience and eliminate the need for patients to transport medication

- Private infusion support offered for private insurance and cash-paying patients only
- Hassle-free drug delivery directly to the infusion clinic to maximize convenience and eliminate the need for patients to transport medication
- Reimbursement for purchase of a prescribed blood pressure monitor not covered by provincial insurance (up to $75)
- Transportation and/or lodging services
- Travel allowance: Eligible patients can receive up to $200 per cycle (1 month of treatment) in travel allowance (e.g. taxi, rideshare service, gas, parking)
- Lodging allowance: Patients must live ≥ 100 km from where they receive KYPROLIS® infusion to qualify. Eligible patients can receive up to $200 per cycle (1 month of treatment) in lodging allowance. Accommodation eligibility criteria apply.
- Patient must submit receipts to Victory® through fax or email for transportation or lodging reimbursement.

- Clinical support when necessary
- In-clinic Nplate® administration by a healthcare professional
- In-home administration by a healthcare professional on a case-by-case basis
- Dispensing and delivery of drug to either the clinic or the patient’s home (where possible)

Vectibix®
- Private infusion support offered for private insurance and cash-paying patients only
- Hassle-free drug delivery directly to the infusion clinic to maximize convenience and eliminate the need for patients to transport medication
- Skin care support services
- Possible to submit receipts for reimbursement of eligible skin care products* used to help manage some of the skin reactions patients may experience while on Vectibix®
- Reimbursement for both over-the-counter and prescription skin care products (up to a maximum of $150 per month) if product is not covered by provincial plans
- Potential coverage of dispensing and pharmacy compounding fees not covered by provincial plans (up to a maximum of $50 total per prescription renewal)
- Skin care sample kit that includes various products to help patients manage some of the skin reactions they may experience while on Vectibix®

- Virtual self-injection training over the phone or through online video conferences by registered nurses
- Home injection administration and training
- Home injection services available on a case-by-case basis
- Self-injection training video

Monthly reminder phone calls for injections
- Patients can sign up for this during the welcome call and discontinue at any time; calls made four days before the next scheduled injection
- Assistance navigating all possible coverage options through public and/or private payers, including support with appeals

Financial assistance
- Patients receiving administration of XGEVA® at their pharmacy may be eligible for up to $20 reimbursement of the administration fee
- Co-pay support available for insured patients
- Cost-sharing support available for uninsured patients
